All Metro Milwaukee area counties had a great month of home sales

Here’s a look at sales by County in the Milwaukee area (source Metro MLS)

Milwaukee County home sales

August 2013: 833 vs August 2012: 747. A 13% increase.


Waukesha County home sales

August 2013: 584 vs August 2012: 531. A 10% increase.


Ozaukee County home sales

August2013: 151 vs August 2012: 119. A 26% increase.


Washington County home sales

August 2013: 185 vs August 2012: 136. A 36% increase.


 Racine County home sales

August 2013: 238 vs August 2012: 230. A 3.5% increase.



Now could be the best time to list and maybe move up.  Interest rates remain great, but they are predicted to continue to rise.
