Wisconsin real estate update: Hot market continues in July with sales up 17% statewide

August 17, 2015

We continue with another strong month of Wisconsin real estate sale in July, with both existing home sales and median prices higher than at this time last year.

“This is the strongest spring and early summer sales volume we’ve seen since before the recession, ” said Dan Kruse, WRA board chairman.

Inventory remains tight and if you have been thinking of selling, contact your First Weber agent to get the process started. Great houses priced and presented well may see multiple, competing offers.

For buyers, there are nice opportunities available, yet be prepared to move quickly. Working with an experienced real estate agent who knows the market is the best way to do that.
