Median sale price up 17.9% to $277,000. Days on market down 13.8%
Washington County home sales
207 Washington County homes sold this month compared to last May’s 212. A decrease of 2%.
Median sale price down 2% to $194,000, days on market -15.2%
Racine County home sales
250 Racine County homes sold this month compared to last May’s 236. An increase of 5.9%.
Median sale price up 7% to $155,250. Days on market down 13.5%
