Median sales price up 2.9% to $139,900
Days on market are now at 62 days, down 14% compared to last January.
Waukesha County home sales
Sales up 8.4% from last January
Days on market is at 68 days, down 3% compared to last January
Median sales price up 10% to $275,000
Ozaukee County home sales
Sales down 1.7% over last January
Days on market are now at 61 days, down 19% compared to last January
Median sale price up 12% to $285,000
Washington County home sales
Sales up 3% compared to last January
Days on market are now at 63 days, down 26% compared to last January
Median sales price up 17% to $249,500
Racine County home sales
Sales up 1.5%
Days on market are now at 62 days, down 32% compared to last January
Median sales price up 18% to $165,000
