Wisconsin Real Estate Report – January 2020

Let’s take a look at how the Wisconsin housing market is shaking up! Compared to January of 2019, the number of home sales in January 2020 was 4,143, which was an increase of 8.6%. Statewide listings were down 14% to 22,092 while the median single-family home price rose 8.6% to $190,000. Houses were selling quicker this January compared to last January. On average, homes are on the market for 108 days, which is 3.6% less time than January of 2019.
