Real estate is a seasonal business and we continue into fall with sales being strong. Overall, prices have risen modestly for the last seven months. WRA President and CEO Michael Theo says “This is still a buyer’s market from the perspective of our stock of inventory, but the reductions we have seen over the past year continue to put slight upward pressure on home prices.”
NAR reports that their “REALTOR Confidence Index”, evaluating Realtor perceptions across the county, indicates Realtors expect better conditions for single family housing in the next six months. They are rating the market as moderate to strong. Information from Wisconsin Realtors Association.
