First Weber Foundation sponsors Lake Ride 2012 benefitting Wounded Warrior project

As a Platinum sponsor for the Lake Ride 2012, The First Weber Foundation helped to raise $22,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project.  The Lake Ride consisted of a nine mile bike ride around Lake Wingra in Madison – or a three mile run.  Proceeds go to the Wounded Warrior non profit organization whose goal is to support and honor our wounded veterans.

We’re very pleased to be a part of such a wonderful fundraiser. Enjoy some pictures of the event courtesy of  the other Platinum sponsor, Alliant Energy.  To see additional causes the First Weber Foundation supports, please see our First Weber Foundation blog category.

Thank you to all agent, employee and owner contributors who give money with each sale and every paycheck.  You don’t have to – you have chosen to and look at what we can do because of that. For more information on the First Weber Foundation, see theFoundation category on the blog or watch this Foundation video.

Posts like this are a joy to write because the good we do with the Foundation is something we are proud to share. If you liked this, please share.   And if you are in the market for Wisconsin real estate, please see firstweber.com. We’d appreciate your business.  Ask your agent if they contribute to the Foundation. Most likely, money from your sale could help the First Weber Foundation.
