First Weber Foundation Supports Pediatric Epilepsy Research

Chunky Monkey Run for Pediatric Epilepsy Research supported by First Weber Foundation

All proceeds will benefit the Chunky Monkey Run for Epilepsy in their mission to raise money for pediatric epilepsy research at American Family Children’s Hospital in Madison, WI.

The run was created in memory of 7 month old Mathias Lee Koch who lost his battle with a rare form of epilepsy.

Participants ages 11 and up can enter either the 5K run or walk.  Children ages 2 to 10 can enter the kid’s race.  All children running the kid’s race will receive a medal, a high five from Bucky Badger and a free cotton candy following the race.  The family friendly run will start and finish at the Yellowstone Golf Club in Blanchardville.

Deadline for Donations is Monday, Oct. 28

There will be soup and cider along with regular race refreshments available

Blanket Drive

Please join us in donating a handmade fleece tie blanket and give comfort to a family in the PICU.  Sizes needed: Infant (30 x 45), Toddler/Elementary (40 x 60), and Older Children (60 x 80 inches)

All Handmade Fleece Tie Blankets can be brought to the golf course on race
