For many years, Martha Ford worked in technology sales and purchased investment properties as something of a hobby. “We were transferred here and I was looking for a career change. My husband suggested I work real estate full time and that’s how I got into real estate sales. I joined with First Weber and finished my 13th year in October,” she said.
