Congratulations to First Weber Group for being awarded one of the Best Places to Work in Dane County in Madison Magazine’s bi-annual survey. The survey from last Fall had to be completed by 50% of our staff employees & agents (315 in Dane County).
The survey focused on six dimensions of engagement:
- trust
- management
- life-work balance
- rewards
- connection and development.
There are 26 winners (out of a possible 78 who qualified) in the following categories: small company (1-10), medium company (11-99), and large company (>100). We are a winner in the large company category.
