Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA), 2014 August Home Sales Report
Wisconsin’s existing home sales dropped 5.7 percent in August compared to August
2013, and median home prices were up 3.3 percent to $157,000 over that same period, according to the
most recent housing market report released by the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association (WRA).

Central Wisconsin/Wausau area real estate statistics
447 homes sold in Central Wisconsin in August 2014, down 10% from last August . Median sales price up 8.5%.
Northwoods Wisconsin real estate statistics
747 homes sold in Northwoods Wisconsin in August 2014, up 1.8% over last August . Median sales down 2.5.
