This week First Weber Group managers and almost 400 agents met in the Wisconsin Dells for our annual business retreat. This event allows for statewide networking while listening to nationally known speakers on topics meant to build our business and better serve the client and customer.
This year we welcomed nationally known social media speaker Katie Lance who lent practical ideas for connecting with an agent’s customer base via social media and also lent guidance to managers on how to recruit and retain via social media. Both events were great. Katie made her way to the chilly Wisconsin Dells from California – quite the day of travel. We thank her!
Brian Parsley also spoke to the large group of Wisconsin real estate agents. His talk was inspirational and entertaining and talked about the power of influence, asking the right questions/using the right phrases and how to remove mental barriers to success.
Brian hails from the south and wondered at the snowy Wisconsin landscape and the frozen Wisconsin River the Dells is known for.
