Incredibly strong Metro Milwaukee real estate sales continue in November: up 23.8%

What a fall we have had.  Sales normally slow down when it gets colder and the holidays roll around. Not this November… sales were up an astonishing 23% over last November.  Year-to-date sales are up 8%. There is a very low inventory of homes for sale under the $300,000 price point which could be an excellent opportunity for homeowners with houses in that range to list. Not sure what your home is currently worth? Talk to your favorite First Weber agent.  You could also get an idea using our new AVM. Just put your address in the “What’s my home worth” space on our home page for 3 estimates instantly.

This is a great time to move up to a better home with low interest rates. While not ideal, remember you can always rent for a month or two if your home sells before finding your next perfect home. You can even end up renting your own house back while your new home is in the closing process. This can be negotiated and is an option to think about if you want to sell but are concerned about finding your next place. Contact a First Weber agent today to talk.
