Year-to-date sales are up 8%. There is a very low inventory of homes for sale under the $300,000 price point which could be an excellent opportunity for homeowners with houses in that range to list. Waukesha County home sales
412 Waukesha County homes sold this month compared to last November ’s 338. An increase of 21.9%.
Ozaukee County home sales
89 Ozaukee County homes sold this month, up from last November ’s 65. An increase of 36.9%.
Washington County home sales
150 Washington County homes sold this month compared to last November ’s 132. An increase of 13.2%.
Racine County home sales
221 Racine County homes sold this month compared to last November’s 172. An increase of 28.5%.
